Frank Cilento serves as President of FJC Financial Group, located in Staten Island, New York.
A graduate of St. John’s University, Frank holds a B.S. in accounting and finance. Frank has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. He began his career in a national accounting firm and has accumulated extensive experience in tax and business planning.
Continually looking to broaden the services he provides, he has enhanced his skills by completing courses in Investment Planning, Estate and Tax Planning as well as Pension services and Employee Benefits.
His clients include business owners and individuals, which he assists with retirement and estate planning with the goal of improving their overall net worth, while minimizing their tax consequences. Frank prides himself in treating each client’s investments as his own.
Frank is a resident and active member of the Staten Island Community. He resides in Huguenot with his wife and two sons. A current member and past President of the South Shore Rotary, he served as Chairman of the Rotary International Exchange Program. He is the recipient of the Rotary International highest honor, the Paul Harris Fellow award. In addition, he served on the Board of Trustees for the Staten Island Zoological Society and the YMCA Counseling Service Committee of Management. Frank is proud to state that he actively participates in these organizations throughout the year.

Andrew Cilento is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™
professional and serves as Vice President of FJC Financial Group.
Previously, Andrew was a portfolio specialist for the multi-asset strategies and solutions team at Voya Investment Management. The team manages over $30 Billion in assets, and Andrew was responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of multi-asset strategies, serving as a subject matter expert for internal partners, clients, consultants, and prospects. Andrew was responsible for numerous strategies such as target date funds (off-the shelf and custom), 529 plans, multi-manager international small cap, and portable alpha.
Andrew earned a BA in economics from New York University (NYU) and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Andrew resides in Huguenot and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His interests include golf, weight-lifting, and sports.
Matthew Cilento serves as the Assistant Vice President of FJC Financial Group. Previously, Matthew worked within JPMorgan’s Private bank, where he served as a main point of contact for the firm’s ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
Matthew assisted clients with complex security transfers, money movements, account transfers, and IRA funding. He worked hand in hand with the firm’s bankers and investors to cater to the financial needs of each individual client.
Matthew earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Personal Financial Planning & Wealth Management, and in Corporate Finance, complemented by a minor in Economics from the University of Delaware Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
